The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies is one of the most renowned graduate schools for internal relations in the world. They needed an enrollment marketing strategy that reflected their strength and reputation.
The Director of Marketing & Communications was able to hand off to us the full project management of their website redesign and receive weekly updates. We created the timeline, information architecture, admissions and recruitment conversion strategy, all of the graduate school web content, while managing the international web teams in DC and Bologna. The site has gone on to win awards and produce a significant increase in applications.
A year later, Johns Hopkins SAIS hired us again to create an email recruitment campaign for Admissions. We created the prospective student segments, email calendar, email series copy for their enrollment CMS — and helped the graduate school increase its enrollment KPIs significantly.
